Basic and Clinical Sciences Anaesthetic Course

17th to 19th and 24th to 26th June 2022, virtually.

The Basic and Clinical Sciences Anaesthetic Course (BCSAC) is intended as one of the tools suitable for the preparation of the European Diploma in Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care by improving the candidate’s understanding and knowledge of different areas of basic and clinical sciences.

While the course used to run parallel to Euroanaesthesia, the BCSAC 2022 will be held online over two weekends: 17-19 June and 24-26 June. It will be a fully virtual course. This means no travel, fewer obstacles, and more opportunities. Registration for BCSAC 2022 is open until 10 May 11:00 CET, please click registration button below!

Participants must attend all online sessions (on-demand webcasts will be made available) to obtain the Certificate of Attendance with the full CME Credits. Registration and all course correspondence will be sent by electronic mail only. Each candidate must provide a valid and personal e-mail address.

The Basic and Clinical Sciences Anaesthetic Course 2022, Online, Belgium, 17/06/2022-26/06/2022 has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME®) with 25 European CME credits (ECMEC®s). Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Information on the process to convert EACCME® credit to AMA credit can be found at www.ama-assn.org/education/earn-credit-participation-international-activities.

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
