Course Content
Specialised modules follow on the molecular and cellular biology and functional genomics of parasites & vectors, culminating in a molecular research project on a topic chosen by the student. There is a significant practical component throughout the programme, and the laboratory work undertaken provides a wide range of techniques that would be highly relevant to a future research career.

Medical or veterinary students, or honours degree in biological sciences

Honours degree (at least 2:ii or equivalent) in the biological sciences or a medical/veterinary degree. Medical or veterinary students who have completed four years of study and wish to intercalate.
