The Healthy Lifestyles Summer School at the National School of Public Health (ENSP) is designed to kick-start your health promotion journey into a feasible lifestyle that focuses wellness and quality of life. In this one-week program you will develop an intervention or service idea into a health concept. Our approach is hands on, and rooted in the belief that anyone has natural talents and can benefit from knowledge translation to improve wellness and quality of life.
