Course Content
Provides students with a background to some of the major development issues of today, highlighting at the same time their relationship to health. Applies economic, political and social theory to analyse key debates in global development. Issues covered include poverty, markets, governance, global institutions, and social movements.
Target Audience
Health professionals and managers working in the area of development, disability or international maternal child health
Qualifications
English language proficiency, professional work experience
