Solid economic analysis of the most important branches of private, public and European law, advanced knowledge in economic analysis of law, the use of economic methods to explain and assess the effects of divergent legal rules
Learning objectives, training objectives
An interdisciplinary and multicultural approach, and a chance to study in three different countries in one year
Target Audience
People who already have a first master degree, students with a first degree in Business Administration or in other social sciences (if a substantial number of courses in law and/or economics is included)
Qualifications
Law degree or degree in Economics, TOEFL 550
