Course Content
This two-day course provides practical training relevant to common paediatric emergencies:recognition of severity of illness, airway management, fluid and drug therapy along with reinforcement of leadership, communication and decision-making skills. The course addresses multi-organ support via a high-fidelity infant patient simulator having an acute event in real time allowing doctors and nurses working together within the realistic environment of a general paediatric ward.
