Course Content
Roles and skills of the manager, projects and programmes, development organisation. Development planning, monitoring and evaluation; communication with stakeholders, dealing with uncertainty, staff performance management, facilitating organisational learning, necessary management tools and skills to become a successful manager
Learning objectives, training objectives
You are introduced in the different roles and tasks of a manager in the life cycle of a development intervention. You will become able to apply a set of methods and tools that allows you to manage in a more successful and transparent manner.
Target Audience
You are a manager, coordinator or head of department of a government or non-governmental organisation. You have at least three years professional work experience in projects or programmes related to development aid.
