Course Content
The Center for Excellence in Disaster Management and Humanitarian Assistance (COE) in collaboration with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and partnership of University of Hawaii at Manoa\'s Office of Public Health Studies are pleased to offer this three week course to provide participants with the tools and decision-making skills necessary to respond to health emergencies in large populations in the event of a complex emergency or natural disaster.
