The course covers the core dermatological curriculum over a one year period, with particular emphasis on the diagnosis and management of skin disease from a primary care perspective. Sessions include: emollients, topical steroids, and other treatments for eczema, topical treatments for psoriasis, phototherapy, cryotherapy, patch and prick testing (selection)

Specifically for doctors outside the UK, wishing to gain experience in dermatology but also for applications from UK-based doctors unsuitable for the other porgramme

Prerequisiti
Basic medical degree from recognised universities, evidence of English language to level of IELTS 6.5 or TOEFL 590, prior experience in dermatology is desirable
