Course Content

The master (M1 and M2) is based on 5 basic disciplines offered in the core curriculum where the interdisciplinary nature of public health issues will be stressed:

  • Social & Behavioral sciences in public health
  • Management & health policy sciences
  • Information sciences & biostatistics
  • Epidemiology
  • Environmental & occupational health sciences
Learning objectives, training objectives

Train young professionals to:

  • Identify the health problems of a population
  • Analyse the resources needed to contribute to preserving and improving this state of health
  • Take decisions to achieve this
Typical postgraduate careers and job opportunities

Careers in areas as wide as government health departments, research units, universities, public health services, NGOs, international organizations or the private sector (pharmaceutical industry, consulting, healthcare organizations)

Qualifications

At least a Bachelors degree in economics, political sciences, management, social sciences, law, medicine, pharmacy, biology, veterinary or dentistry schools, engineering schools / M2: holders of a M1 level
