Inventory Management is more than just making sure the stock of all of the company’s products is readily available. It is about ensuring that there is sufficient stock in place to meet demands until the organization can renew its stock. The concept of inventory management is simple: “Don't have too much stock and don't have too little”. But the process of getting the right balance can be quite complex.
