Course Content
The ability to handle external relations successfully has a growing impact, particularly at higher levels of management, on the ability of organizations to deliver humanitarian assistance. This course will give students knowledge of the techniques for dealing with politically motivated and highly stressed interlocutors using case studies as a theoretical base.
Learning objectives, training objectives
Students are prepared with the knowledge and skills to respond to the various external relationships that enable humanitarian agencies to operate successfully in a competitive and often hostile environment.
Target Audience
Humanitarian aid workers with at least 5-10 years of field experience
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
