The Master in Health Management (MHealthMgt) programme is aimed at health professionals and managers who are seeking to extend and develop their capacity to manage health services.

This inter-faculty programme is offered by the School of Population Health in the Faculty of Medical and Health Sciences, and the Graduate School of Enterprise in the Faculty of Business and Economics. Courses offered within this programme are available in flexible and independent formats.

Over the last 30 years, the International Symposium on Intensive Care and Emergency Medicine has become established as one of the largest in its field, now welcoming more than 5,500 participants from over 80 countries around the globe.

Using various presentation formats, including lectures, pro-con debates, round tables, meet-the-expert sessions, interactive quizzes, and much more, this 4-day symposium provides a comprehensive up-to-date review of the most recent, clinically relevant developments in research, therapy, and management of the critically ill. With an international faculty of more than 200 speakers and 10 simultaneous meeting halls, the ISICEM has something of interest for everyone.

The meeting is open to all physicians, nurses and other health professionals with an interest in critical care or emergency medicine, and, in addition to the main scientific program, technical exhibitions, poster presentations, satellite symposia, and pre-symposium courses, all add up to make this a not-to-be-missed event!

European Debate on Evidence-based Mental Health Promotion and Prevention of Mental Disorders

14-15 February 2011, The Hague, Netherlands

This two-day invitational conference is an initiative of the European DataPrev Project, financed by the European Commission. DataPrev aims to extend and disseminate knowledge on effective programmes to promote mental health and prevent mental disorders, and to enhance their largescale implementation and supporting policies across Europe. This conference and the DataPrev project build upon the targets prioritized at the European Ministerial Conference on Mental Health (2005), and elaborated in the European Green Paper on Strategies for Mental Health (2005), and the European Pact for Mental Health and Well-being (2008). The conference is organized by the Radboud University Nijmegen and Generalitat de Catalunya (GenCat).
