Course Content
Therefore, the aim of this course is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills relevant to strategic planning, including approaches and tools for analysing the present situation (situation analysis), identifying problems and incorporating relevant stakeholders (priority setting).

Knowledge and skills to assess the health situation in resource poor settings to set priorities for interventions. Determine how to best meet the needs of the population and design a health programme or project using standard planning tools.
Target Audience
For established and emerging leaders in global and public health. For those working in the health sector and aspire to take on leadership/management roles, as well as for those from other fields who seek transition into health management.
Qualifications
At least two years of professional experience and English language skills: TOEFL paper 550 / computer 213 / internet 79 - 80 or IELTS 6.0 or native speaker or completed higher education in English (with written proof)
