Course Content
This course will address the basics of the financial cycle from budgeting, implementing and recording, through financial reporting. An in-depth look at the workings of bookkeeping, financial reporting, internal controlling, financial management of physical assets and stocks, as well as auditing will be covered.

Understand the financial cycle of any organisation and extract and use relevant management information from the financial management system. Recognise and use standard financial reports for planning, internal control and financial management.
Target Audience
- All who (aspire to) work in the area of international cooperation for public health at all levels
- (Future) leaders and managers addressing the need to link strong business management expertise and sound education in public health
Qualifications
Participants with a first professional qualification have at least 2 years of professional experience and demonstrate sufficient English language skills (see Swiss TPH website)
