Course Content
The Summer Course is an introduction in Health Professions Education and aims to inform participants about all major aspects of Problem-Based Learning (PBL). Experts in the field of PBL and related innovative educational approaches share their experiences with respect to the PBL approach. Skill Disciplines Research Techniques, Case Analysis, Design of problem cases for PBL, Tutorial group sessions on the rationale of PBL, Project Management, Personal Effectiveness, Communication, Networking.

We offer additionally tentative modules, suited to your particular needs.
Target Audience
The course is intended for all involved in education in medicine, health sciences and behavioural sciences broadening and deepening their knowledge about PBL and related topics.This course receives a rich professional variety of participants.
Typical postgraduate careers and job opportunities
The Summer Course is for many participants the first encounter with SHE and represents a stepping stone to SHE certificate courses, a Master of Health Professions Education or a PhD to become a health professional or medical educationalist/researcher
Qualifications
The working language is English. Given the format of some of the modules, active mastery of this language is required.
