Course Content
This course is for middle to senior-level health professionals working, or planning to work, in developing and transitional countries. It will equip you to work effectively at a senior level to promote the health and social well-being of populations in low, middle income and transitional countries through the development of effective and responsive health systems.
Learning objectives, training objectives
Teaching is comprised of a combination of lectures, seminars, tutorials, case studies, simulation exercises and projects. Assessment is continuous and incorporates assignments, action plans, projects and examinations.

As a graduate you will be well equipped to work as an international health practitioner or as a senior health manager or policy maker in a developing country or one in economic transition.
Qualifications
Honours degree or diploma, preferably in a health-related area. Diplomates should have completed the final exam of a professional body.
