Course Content
This course deepens the understanding of principles and strategies in disease control and equips its participants with the skills to successfully establish, strengthen or to systematically review disease control programmes.
The course has a strong focus on disease control in disadvantaged populations of developing countries. Global, regional and local examples are being used to analyse strengths and weaknesses of existing policies and strategies.
Target Audience
Public health professionals and managers, tropEd students and others.
Qualifications
Fluency in English. Previous experience in disease control is desirable.
