Course Content
This course of study covers the general principles and frameworks for defining and promoting the quality of health systems and services including processes, models and tools for assuring and evaluating quality. The course will use case studies from Germany and other countries, and the experience of those within the course, to illustrate issues in promoting and evaluating quality specific to low and middle-income countries.
Target Audience
Public health professionals and managers as well as tropEd students and others.
Qualifications
Some experience with planning, management and evaluation in the health sector and interest and experience in quality and improving health care systems are helpful. Fluency in English.
