Course Content
The success of health service organizations, whether at the clinic, hospital, district or central level, depends upon the ability of the organisations’ leaders to influence the action of others, both internally and externally. The overall objective of this course is to explore advanced topics in leadership as it pertains to change management in dynamic health care environments found in low and middle income countries.
