Conference themes
The Pathways to Physician Diversity: A National Summit is designed to generate a national conversation on current challenges and future solutions to engorging the pipeline for underrepresented students in medical education. Participants will engage in deconstructing the MD/MD-PhD pathway to identify ways to increase diversity in medicine. Participants will be provided with an opportunity to review and explore evidence that defines the diversity pipeline for physicians and physician scientists.
